+++ INTERNAL MEMO +++

To: all Heineken Experience Employees

Dear colleagues,

This is to inform you about a special promotion we will be running this year at the Heineken Experience. Since this campaign requires your cooperation, please read the instructions below carefully. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your floor manager.

Cloak room hosts:
  • This promotion (running in 2006) involves a secret sign.
  • Visitors who make an H-sign* with their hands (thumb up, fingers arched) at the cloak room of the Heineken Experience will be given one exclusive Heineken Experience business card, without any further comments.
  • This business card will serve as an upgrade in the second bar.
  • A beer upgrade will give a visitor a Longneck bottle. We are currently considering other upgrades.
  • Do not, in any circumstance, answer any questions from the visitor regarding the H-sign*.
Bar tenders "see you again bar":
  • All Heineken Experience Cards presented should be marked and returned to the visitor.
  • Instead of the regular free Heineken glass, visitors will be given a Heineken Longneck.
  • Do not answer any questions from the visitor regarding the H-sign*.
For a successful secret promotion like this we rely on you. So please follow these instructions carefully. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Maarten Wijdekop
Manager Heineken Experience
