There are many distractions at the office, firstly there is the 13x13 Go board in the kitchen, then there is the kitchen and then there is coffee and all assorted snacks. But today there was a new one called the "Stair Climb". A group of us prop the firedoor open and catch the lift down to the bottom and proceed to walk/run/jog to the roof. That's a whole 24.5 floors i believe, it's an awesome and gruelling run which basically leaves ure legs trembling.
Started with 4min 10 every step, then 2:45 skipping steps and finished with 3:45 taking ever step. Man, it was fun, ooooh the burn! =)

i've wanted to do this for the last....6 months? never got to doing it though.

ahaha i wish =) i dont feel it in the calves more the lower thigh.. that muscle on the side of the knee.
its the fast twitch muscles in ure calbves that make u jump right?
