I've found it quite hard to maintain the polyphasic sleep cycle while maintaining the semblance of a social life. I've been floating in and out of it for the past few weeks, and trying to kick it back into force last night. Unfortunately.. fatigue took me at 4-7am. Food and water are key to mid morning energy levels...
As i slip in and out of the polyphasic sleep cycle, i find myself with a fair bit of time to spare. One thing i'm trying to enstate is a morning ritual.
Be up at 5am, get the day's internet surfing out of the way prior to work, eat a breakfast and leave to work @ 7:45. Ride to Kangaroo point and boulder until my arms fall off. Nap in the sun, and head to work =)
How can you say no to this every morning?
