two days before cebit

Come to CeBIT and goto the CSIRO stand and ask to speak to Sebastien Ourselin or Josh Passenger. There you will see the code ive been frantically trying to put together for this silly exhibition. Same like last year i worked off my nut on this, 1 public holiday and 1 all nighter to try and get this thru the door. It probably wont be demoed anyway, but it was worth it just to see how much performance i can squeeze out of myself. Good to see age hasn't got to me and i can still hack these all nighters just like old times =)

Although being flat out these few days i was able to actually fit in some fun. Got up extra early on thursday morning to try and get this bike i had picked out at Cash converters. Got there 30 minutes early, watched the guys put out the bikes. Sweet! its still there, cant wait to get my hands on it =) Oh no! wait! competition! a lady comes and speaks to the guy, and puts a bike on the side. Detly! will this be a head on fight for the bikes? no wait she wants the grey one! woot =) Uh oh another asian guy as well.. he looks like he wants the red one as well...bastard!! patience patience.... Door opens and the lady jumps in and goes "gimme both"

*jaw drops* BOTH? wtf... i'm sorry to admit this, but i really enjoy social engineering. I bitch a bit to her, then to the guy who serviced her then the manager then back to the woman again. Just staking my case, she reserved a bike and so should i? how come she gets both yeah? 15 minutes later the manager goes, "alright, i'll cut you a deal". "Oh yeah... say what?"

picked up a Giant bike with saddle bags marked down from 350 to 180. sweet! loving the commute now =) even if its a 6am ride home..
